Metal Fabrication and Welding

As a machinery manufacturer, Elliott is almost self-sufficient as far as being able to fabricate the necessary parts in house. This requires a full complement of machine tools plus skilled personnel.  We can work and weld most metals, both ferrous and non-ferrous.  Our welding department is well versed using the most commonly employed processes, including FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, SMAW and GAW.

We will fabricate to a customer’s specification and aid in the design if required.

We do off-site work if required and have a 24/7 on call policy for emergency work. No job is too big or too small and our fabrication department has decades of experience. After 88 years we have learned a thing or two.

The Brake and Shear shop supports the fabrication facility and allows us to fabricate most parts in house.
